Toolbox encourages an individual to become more aware of their emotional wellbeing through looking at what emotional Wellness, Illness, Distress and Crisis means to them. It helps them to identify their own emotional support network and be signposted to emotional wellbeing tools and services that may be of particular use.
Toolbox involves a 60-90 minute Toolbox appointment with a Toolbox Project Worker and two follow up evaluations at 3 weeks and 3 months.
Who can have a Toolbox appointment? Anyone who:
Is aged 18 or older
Lives in one of the six districts across South Staffordshire (UK)
Wants to keep emotionally well or needs support with emotional wellbeing
Is not currently receiving help from secondary services such as Community Mental Health services.
